Vermont Judiciary ePayments

Welcome to the Vermont Judiciary's new online payments website where you can pay fines from traffic tickets and other civil violations as well as criminal division fines. Payment can be made by credit card or eCheck. Please use one of the search methods available via ePayments to find the case and the financial balance you wish to pay.  

Please also note the following:

• If you are trying to pay a civil violation and are not finding your ticket in the system via ePayments, it is possible that the issuing law enforcement agency has not yet submitted the ticket information to the court.  If you wish to pay the ticket in advance, please use the Prepayments function. 
• If you wish to contest a violation issued to you, please follow the instructions on the paperwork you were given or see additional information here.   This site may not be used to dispute contested issues. 
• If you are submitting payment prior to a hearing, please be aware that the payment will be accepted as an indication that the allegations on the ticket are not contested. 4 V.S.A. § 1105.  This means you are pleading no contest to the ticket, judgment will be entered for the State, and any points that may accompany the violation will be assessed against your record.  Any scheduled hearing will be canceled. 
• No other court fees (filing fees, copy fees, record check fees, etc) may be paid on this site at this time, although that functionality will be added in the future.
